Matchbox Superfast Series No.53c Jeep Cj6 Mib

This vehicle is from the Matchbox Superfast Series. Due to the advent of the Mattel Hot Wheels with their frictionless wheels, Matchbox introduced this series in 1969 and the Superfast name was used until 1980. This one is number MB53-C Jeep CJ6 and was issued in 1977. It has a red body, tan roof, orange yellow interior and silver base. Never been removed from the original package.
