OLD GERMAN CHRISTMAS CLOWN GLASS ORNAMENT CIRCA.1920'S

Offering this antique glass Christmas ornament. The features indicate to me it is German and probably dates to about the 1920's. There is a small piece missing at the top of the cap and much of the coloring is missing but still remarkable for such a delicate piece to even survive.
