Vintage Large Vendome Pin/brooch & Pendant

Vendome is a subsidiary of Coro and was introduced in the 1940's to manufacture a superior line of jewelry. They used the best of imported rhinestones and the metalwork is artistically expressive and this is a beautiful example. Vendome is highly collectible and prices will continue to rise. This is a large pin that can also be hung from a necklace. The large Chaton cut center crystal is prong set. and measures approx. 3/4 across. The rest of the piece is composed of green and clear round, oval and marguise shaped Chaton cut stones all of which are prong set in the very attractive gold toned setting.
