Enamel On Copper Art Work By Listed Artist Vara

It is signed "Vara" who is a listed artist. It is a 4" x 5" piece in mint condition. Overall measurements with the beautiful gold and black felt frame is 7.5" x 8.5". Offering this Pattern Glass 2 Handled Square Nappie that I believe was produced by McKee Glass Co. between 1910 and 1920. The pattern is called Sunbeam.
