VINTAGE LAPEL BROOCH/PIN GOLD TONE W/STONES SIGNED ART

Vintage Signed "ART" Gold tone hat or lapel brooch. It is in excellent condition. It measures 3 1/8" long and has a safety piece which attaches to the bottom which keeps the bottom pin attached. The setting is an antique gold. There are 4 smaller faux pearls and 1 larger in the center, simulated turquoise beads and 3 small crystals and a very attractive gold tone chain to accent the entire piece. A quality piece that is signed on the back "ART" in block letters. This is Arthur Pepper who created fine jewelry from 1950 to 1980.
