Rare Teabag Holder Mountainside Pottery

This teabag holder shaped like a teapot was produced by the Mountainside Pottery Co. of N.J. They were only in business for a very short time between 1929 and 1941. Very little of their pieces are around today. Marked in the back "MOUNTAINSIDE" and etched in the mold the initials "VRD". It has a beautiful floral transfer design on a pink background.
