ITALIAN CERAMIC CLOWN PLAYING TUBA BY LINO ZAMPIVA

These art figurines are created in Italy by Lino Zampiva a graduate of the School D'Arte e mestieri di Vicenza in 1974. In 1976, Mr. Zampiva created the Zampiva collection, which quickly became popular all over the world. His passion in sculptures, figurines, and painting makes this product interesting, fun, and very unique. Each figurine is created from an inspiration, a photograph, or an actual scene involving live models. This offering is for his clown with musical instrument series. It shows a clown with a tuba on a lily pad like base and a music sheet at his feet. Signed Zampiva it is in excellent undamaged condition. Measures 4" tall and has a base of 3" across.
