STERLING OVAL GRAPE & LEAF DESIGN BROOCH/PIN

This oval classic design of grapes and leaves brooch/pin is signed "Sterling". It also has the letters L M stamped in the back. I believe that would be the designer but I am unable to identify it. The piece measures 1-3/4" x 1-3/8". It is in excellent condition. I can only estimate the age as pre 1980 but that is only based on the design.
