FROSTED TO CLEAR PERFUME BOTTLE BY I.W.RICE CO.

Small but very attractive. Four sections are frosted with a clear design and four are a grooved clear crystal. It measures 5" tall x 2.25" across. On the bottom is a silver sticker for Irice (I. W. Rice & Co. a New York import company. This set is likely from 1950s-60s, and was made in Japan. Both stopper & bottle are in pristine condition.
