VINTAGE HEAVY METAL DOG IMAGE NUTCRACKER

This offering is a heavy metal dog image nutcracker. Weighs almost 7 pounds. The dog is 2 metal sections that are screwed together with the tail mechanism that opens the bottom section of the dog mouth. The final dog figure is screwed to a 7.5" x 3.5" base. The metal has been silver or nickle plated. It is not signed but has the numeral 3 on the bottom. Dog measures 11" long x 4.5" high x 1.75" deep. Circa estimate 1950's or earlier.
