1940's women's compact signed Jules Richard of New York N.Y. All brass with an enameled face and cabochon faux pearl. The outside rim has a beautiful design on the brass and the back is plain brass. Has powder puff and mirror in excellent condition. Face powder has all been used. Measures 2" across and is in excellent condition. Shipping by First Class Mail is free in the USA only.
