Preban 12" Four Fold Tape Ivory, Brass & German Silver

Offering this 4 fold 12" Carpenter's Caliper Rule. Ivory with German Silver framing and brass hinges. I can only make out that it marked on the ivory No. 99-1/2 & STEPPED and on the silver frame Chicago but cannot make out any other. It is in very good condition.
