Glass Hat

This glass hat looks like an Anchor Hocking tumbler that someone made into a glass hat. It's 4" tall and the top is 5 1/8". The bottom is 2 1/4" diameter. It's Anchor Hocking's Sandwich pattern. It's in excellent condition, no chips or cracks.
