An interesting pattern originally, made in coin in the 1850's by Albert
Coles, is very modern looking. This sterling 12 3/4" soup ladle was
probably made around 1870. It is in excellent condition with no dents
or cracks. It is marked with Albert Coles eagle, diamond with AC, and head
and "sterling".
This 13 5/8" coin soup ladle was retailed by B.L.Hood in Buffalo, NY.
I think this is a Boston pattern but I don't know it's name. In good shape,
it has no dents, cracks or breaks And the pattern is crisp.
