American coin silver demitasse spoons, Hotchkiss & Schreuder

These little spoons are 4 7/8" long. They are twist handled, engine turned and in excellent condition. They must have been a rush order because elements of the decoration have been omitted on some and the engine turning is very strong on some and not others. There does not seem to be evidence of overpolishing, they just didn't do it correctly, sort of refreshing in our world of machine stamped perfection. Enough of an editorial, they are marked H&S.
