American coin silver mustard ladle, Probably Wood & Dodge, Philadelphi

This small mustard ladle is only 4 1/4" and is in excellent condition. There are no dents, bends or repairs. It is marked "W&D" probably Wood & Dodge of Philadelphia. Ca 1816/1817.
