This sugar sifter is 7 7/8" and in nice condition. There are no dents or repairs. It was made by John Westervelt of Newburg, NY and is marked "JLW" as well as with his makers mark, a star, lion and a D. It is additionally marked T Rudd who was the retailer. Newburg NY ca 1850.
