Condition is fine minus with significant corner wear upper right and edge wear right side. Published by Bamforth & Company, England and New York, 1911. Postmarked on June 17, 1912 from Widnoon, Pennsylvania to Dagusminus, PA. A one cent Washington stamp is attached.
