Lovely 14K Yellow Gold and just over 1/2 ct tw Diamond ring. The ring is a size 7 and there are 19 small diamonds designed into 3 flowers across the band. There is also a patent number inside the band 6591633 and it is marked 14K. There was a ring sizer in the band which I removed.
