Velvet Hand painted flapper Lady 1939

1939 painting of a flapper on velvet. Measures 7 1/2 inches by 9 1/2 inches. It is not framed, the velvet is stretched on a rustic wood frame and is signed Lee Paints 1939 (see picture)
