Unique Figural Candle in Holder Table Lighter.1940s

This is a unique looking table lighter.I believe it dates from the 40s.It is a candle holder with a candle,which,when pulled up it reveals the lighter.I cannot find a makers mark,but am guessing it to be from Japan?Overall excellent condition,with only the slightest wear to the "flame"Measures 6 1/2" high.
