SALES POLICY:  All prices are firm.  We accept money orders, cashiers checks and PayPal.  All funds must be in U.S. dollars and payable to RICK BYERS.  Upon receipt and verification of funds, we normally ship within 48 hours. Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance.

ORDERING:  E-mail us with your zip code to verify shipping costs and to confirm item availability.  Once availability is confirmed, payment is due within 7 days.

PayPal USERS: When entering a payment in PayPal, be sure to include the postage amount we supply you. Postage is not automatically added by the system. If you have questions, please ask.

RETURNS:  We strive to describe each item accurately to give our customers the most information possible.  We understand the difficulty involved when buying an item "sight-unseen" and will always do our utmost with both written descriptions and photos.  If you feel you have purchased an item that has been misrepresented, e-mail us within 3 days of receipt of your intent to return. Item must be returned to us within 10 days after you receive it.  Please return the item in the original packaging.  Once received, we will immediately refund the purchase price minus the original shipping cost.
