Sales Policy

SALES POLICY:  All prices are firm.  We accept money orders, cashiers checks and PayPal. Major credit cards are accepted through our PayPal account. All funds must be in U.S. dollars and payable to LOOKING BACK.  Upon receipt and verification of funds, we normally ship within 48 hours. Buyers are responsible for shipping and insurance costs.  If you would like us to hold a particular item for you, please see our "Lay-Away Policy."

ORDERING:  E-mail us with your zip code to verify shipping costs and to confirm item availability.  Once availability is confirmed, payment is due within 7 days.  We accept personal checks, certified checks, money orders, PayPal, and Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discovercard through PayPal.  All checks, personal and certified, and money orders must be drawn on American banks.  We prefer money orders issued by the U.S. Post Office, and we believe you will find their fees to be among the lowest around.

When paying by check, we will hold your order for 1 week while awaiting payment.  If your payment has not been received in that time, the item will be returned to stock and made available for sale again.  You will be notified by email upon receipt of your payment, and a hold of an additional 7-10 business days will extended to you until your check clears.  Current applicable fees will be charged for any returned checks.

When paying by check or money order, please make them payable to "Looking Back" at P.O Box 1337, Alief, TX  77411-1337.

PayPal USERS: When entering a payment in PayPal, whether you are using your PayPal account or a credit card, be sure to include the postage amount we supply you. Postage is not automatically added by the system. If you have questions, please ask.

SHIPPING - Domestic:  Our normal shipping methods are Priority Mail and Parcel Post through the U.S. Post Office. In some instances involving larger pieces, we may ship UPS Ground. The method of shipment will be your choice, but we must be made aware of such prior to payment to we can include the proper amount on the invoice. Insurance will be included in the shipping cost quote. You will receive a tracking number once your package has been sent to you.

SHIPPING - International: Most international shipments are made using Priority International rates through the U.S. Post Office when available. For areas where Priority International is not available, packages will be sent using First Class International mail. If you have a preferred shipper or shipping method, please contact us prior to making your purchase to confirm shipping costs. Due to the fact that postage rates vary widely around the world, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INTERNATIONAL BUYERS CONTACT US BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE TO ENSURE SHIPPING COSTS ARE KEPT TO A MINIMUM.

REFUNDS/RETURNS:  We strive to describe each item accurately to give our customers the most information possible.  We understand the difficulty involved when buying an item "sight-unseen" and will always do our utmost with both written descriptions and photos.  If you feel you have purchased an item that has been misrepresented, e-mail us within 3 days of receipt of your intent to return. Item must be returned to us within 10 days after you receive it.  Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were shipped.  Please return the item in the original packaging.  Once received, we will immediately refund the purchase price minus shipping, handling, insurance, and any applicable PayPal or Credit Card fees.  No returns will be accepted C.O.D., and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.  Altered or damaged items may not be returned.

DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT:  We take care to always package our items to prevent breakage or damage.  However, if your item does not make it to you safely, it is vital that you do not try to repackage the item.  You must take the entire order, with all the original packaging, to your local post office to file your claim. If you try to repack the shipment, you will VOID the insurance and so your claim.  Your local post office will assist you with your claim, and they will contact us for additional information if needed for processing  If you require additional information, please contact us, and we will assist you with the process.
