Fine example of the TV lamps from the 1950s. Television was still relatively young, and we were all told not to watch TV in the dark or we would go blind from the rays, so TV lamps were the perfect solution. This one is by Maddux of California and is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or crazing. The cord has been replaced for safety, and the lamp works perfectly. This little dog is a vintage Enesco figurine. Sitting on a green velvet pillow, he (or she) appears to be looking up at its master with an admirable expression. Time has worn the bottom of the pillow to expose the screw that holds the puppy in place, but that in no way detracts from the appearance. The puppy itself has no chips, cracks or crazing.

Beautiful piece of Lefton artwork. Standing 6" tall, this little dove is a wonderful example of Lefton's attention to detail. Based on its label, this is one of a pair made from the 60s into the early 80s. We also have its mate available in another listing. It's in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.

"Violet" is a gorgeous little bear from Enesco's Cherished Teddies series. Designed by Priscilla Hillman in 1995, and retired in 1999, Violet's quote is "Blessings Bloom When You Are Near." As you can see in the photos, she is a numbered collectible who is looking for a home just like yours.

This walnut Barlow desk set contains what appears to be a scrimshaw medallion with a pair of mustangs racing across the prairie. The gold-tone writing pen has been tested and works fine. The base measures approximately 5" X 3 3/8". The set is in the original box. We have not been able to locate another set like this, so we cannot put an accurate date on the piece. Watch for the matching paperweight to be sold here soon!
