For sale: 14" forest green Waterford Waffle platter by Anchor-Hocking. Circa 1960. This piece was often used as the base for the relish set.

This is a great piece. Often sold online as Duncan & Miller's "Carribean", it was actually made by Anchor Hocking. Thanks to the popularity of the "Carribean" line, coupled with its short production life, Anchor Hocking produced "Line #17" to compliment the D&M pieces and take advantage of the market. It has a similar wavy pattern, but take note of the tab handles - borrowed from their "Ball and Rib" line of glassware. Don't be fooled into thinking this is something it's not...
