10" American Whitehall 3-toed center console bowl by Indiana Glass. Made in the tradition of Fostoria's American pattern, this center bowl is 1/2" smaller than its true American cousin. This bowl was made to go with matching candle bowls, but will certainly serve well on its own. The Whitehall line was made to compliment the Fostoria line and some of the pieces shared the same mold...

This is a great piece. Often sold online as Duncan & Miller's "Carribean", it was actually made by Anchor Hocking. Thanks to the popularity of the "Carribean" line, coupled with its short production life, Anchor Hocking produced "Line #17" to compliment the D&M pieces and take advantage of the market. It has a similar wavy pattern, but take note of the tab handles - borrowed from their "Ball and Rib" line of glassware. Don't be fooled into thinking this is something it's not...
