Park Lane Plate

8" salad plate, in the Park Lane pattern (crystal), by Colony Glass. The pattern first appeared in 1965 as an imitation of Imperial's Cape Cod pattern and caught on quickly. When Indiana Glass bought Colony, the pattern's popularity encouraged Indiana to offer it in amber, green and (eventually) blue. The pattern was only available as a luncheon and beverage set, and there are no known reproductions. These plates are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. If held to the light, there is evidence of slight shelf/utensil wear that virtually disappears while on the table or against the wall. We were excited to find these plates in this condition and we think you will love them.
