Vintage Hibberd Spencer Grinder/Chopper

This is a 1904 Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co. OVB model no. 70 grinder. It's in good condition. It clamps on a table top or kitchen counter. It measures 11" long from top to bottom of the handle.
