Vintage IWC 18k Yellow gold watch circa 1940's. This watch features a round white face with gold stick hourly markers and hands. The face is signed "International Watch Co." The face crystal is in good condition. The watch is attached to a solid 18 Karat yellow gold brick link belt buckle style band. The band measures 9.9mm at the shoulders and tapers to 5.2mm.
