CAMEO PENDANT / BROOCH W/ STERLING SILVER CHAIN

This is a lovely cameo set in sterling silver with a sterling silver chain. I purchased this cameo from a resale shop. I believe it is made of shell, however, I can not be sure. The cameo can be a pendant or a brooch. The condition is excellent and marked on the back 925 italy.
