Very heavy sterling 5 Balboa coin struck by the Franklin Mint in 1970 for the Republic of Panama and still in its original sealed card holder. This is a proof coin (when these were issued in 1969, orders were limited to one per customer), containing 542 grains of pure sterling, which translates into 35.121 grams or 1.13 Troy ounces. This was the official 1970 Central American and Caribbean Games commemorative coin.
