Mahogany 18th century gilt mirror in Queen Anne style, probably made in Northwest Europe. The backboards and glass appear to be original. As would be expected, there have been some minor repairs over the years. The mirror is 36 inches high and 13 1/2 inches wide. More photographs are available and can be emailed.

Funny French satirical transfer plate making fun of the sport of hunting (La Chasse), an amusing collectible and great gift for the enthusiast of the sport. The caption reads: “-Pardon mon cher ami, je ne l’ai pas fais expres!” this means something like, “pardon me, my dear friend, I did not do it purposely!”Dating from about 1925, this plate is 7 3/4 inches in diameter and is marked on the back with the stamp for St. Amand Etablisements Ceramiques. Condition is excellent.
