Louis XV bell metal candlestick with good patina. It is 4 ⅝ inches tall with the seam from the casting showing on the side of the socket. The base and shaft come apart and you can see that the threads are hand cut. Condition is good with few of the minor dings and scratches one would expect after almost three centuries of use.
