Advance Proof Book on Edward M. Kennedy's 1st Campaign

This is an advance proof of Murray B. Levin's interesting study of the 1962 campaign in Massachusetts in which Edward M. Kennedy, then a totally inexperienced candidate barely eligible by age to serve in the United States Senate, defeated an experienced State Attorney General, also from a powerful political family. This is "an uncorrected proof" with final revisions yet to be made. The text shows some editing had already been done as there are excisions and paste-ins. The book was published in September 1966. The book is spiral-bound and shows just some slight signs of age. Other scans are available and will be emailed on request.
