The Receiver is 6 1/4 inches long by 2 5/8 inches wide, and it has an Embossed Design around the edge and an Embossed Gold Wreath in the center. A Beautiful Sterling Silver Handled Letter Opener in the Francis I Pattern by Reed and Barton, which was issued in 1907. This is very nice Letter Opener that has been used, but it is in great condition. A Pewter Sculpture of an Eagle, Mounted on an Oval Wood Base. The Base
is 8 1/2 inches by 4 3/8 inches, and under the base it is marked,
"Creed Pewter". The Pewter Sculpture of the Eagle is 4 1/2 inches wide by 3 1/2 inches high. The is not a new item and I do not know the age of the piece, but it has been well-cared for.
