A Metlox Vernon Ware Della Robbia Large Oval Platter that is 14 1/2 inches long by 11 1/2 inches wide. It is in excellent condition with no chips, chigger bites, cracks, crazing, or knife marks. It is marked, "Vernon Ware by Metlox - Made in California". The Della Robbia pattern was introduced by Metlox in 1965, and the Platter is shown in Metlox Potteries by Carl Gibbs, Jr. on page 185.
