This old and original art deco era novelty pin features a real photo of an obviously fun-loving woman who's wearing her best smile and a feathery boa. Her portrait is set behind thick rose-tinted curved glass in a brass bezel frame. The brass back is marked...PHOTO COLOR STONE - PAT. PEND. The pin measures 1 7/8 inches across by 1 3/8 inches high. There's a secure rollover clasp. These pins were custom made back in the 1930's...very unique and this one is in excellent condition.

This great old pin is a triple winner...it's marked CORO. It's a jelly belly. And...it's a bird! Looks like a flamingo or ostrich. This is circa 1940, made by and marked CORO on the back. The large blue facet cut glass stone is unfoiled so you can see clear through...set in a goldtone metal. The tail feathers are enamel painted. The beak and eye are painted red. Could this be the 'blue bird of happiness'? It's a fabulous vintage rhinestone pin made by KRAMER OF NEW YORK (marked so on the back). The bird is studded with prong-set sparkling blue rhinestones, set in silvertone. The tail 'trembles' or maybe the bird is just preparing for take off. Measures 1 5/8 inches across by 2 1/4 inches high. The beak shows slight loss of the silver finish. Back has a secure rollover clasp. Overall, a great vintage pin by Kramer.

This old 1930's pin is marked MADE IN AUSTRIA. It's really a knockout...made with unfoiled olive green crystals and black rhinestones...all prong set. This big vintage Juiliana style brooch really piles it on!...there are 5 tiers of prong-set square stones set in a gold-tone diamond shape. Glass stone colors are pink, white, blue, green...topped off with a large pink rhinestone. Pin measures 3 inches across, tip to tip.
