This early tobacco card of Billy Papke (1886-1936)...aka The Illinois Thunderbolt, came in a pack of Mecca Cigarettes, circa 1910. This was part of a 50 card series of Champion Athletes and Prizefighters. Card back gives a few boxing stats about Papke. Card measures 2 1/2 by 2 7/8 inches. Card shows very slight wear to corners but is overall in excellent clean condition with great color litho.

This old and original postcard-size Exhibit card is from the 1950s and features pitching ace BILLY PIERCE of the Chicago White Sox. Card was made by the Exhibit Supply Co. to be sold in penny arcade vending machines. Card has an autograph facsimile. Card measures 3 1/4 by 5 3/8 inches. Marked 'Printed in U.S.A.' at bottom right with blank back. The card has a tiny crease at top right corner but is overall in very good+ condition.
