It's really a lighter...the untold-till-now secret of the 1940s/50s women smokers who were too discreet to be seen with a manly Zippo. This is marked SPARK - Made In U.S.A. It hangs from the original cord. Measures a demure 1 3/8 inches high. Seems to need a flint but this ~ Spark ~ is in excellent condition and ready to spark.
