Here's a complete, old and original 1940s display card of WW II HONORABLE DISCHARGE EMBLEM pins. This came from the company that made them to be sold or given to those who served in the military. These are made of brass and have screw-on pinbacks. Card says...UNITED STATES HONORABLE DISCHARGE EMBLEM. These were affectionately called 'ruptured duck' pins. Card measures 4 1/2 by 5 1/2 inches. This old and original WW II era enamel pin is marked...U.S. ARMY...with a hanging piece that says...FORT DIX N.J. Probably a 'sweetheart' piece sent home by a soldier stationed there, the pin measures 7/8 by 1 1/8 inches. It's in excellent condition.

This old and original 1940's Sterling Silver pin is a WW II era souvenir, sold to soldiers passing through Times Square (where we bought these from the retiring store owner circa 1970). In the center of the wheel is an enameled stars and stripes emblem with anchors. We assume this is a NAVY insignia though it might be Coast Guard. Pin measures 1 5/8 inches, hanging with bow, and is still in the original box. Overall in perfect condition.

This old, original 1940's WW II souvenir pin is still on the original card. Made of Sterling Silver, these MINIATURE WINGS have the insignia of the NAVAL AVIATOR. They measure 1 5/8 inches across. Card says 'KEEP 'EM FLYING'. These came out of an old N.Y.C. Times Square souvenir store that sold these to the soldiers passing through during WW II. Unused near-mint condition.

This old circa WW II spoon is enamel and silverplate...a souvenir of the Royal Canadian Air Force. Top of spoon features a flying bird, a crown and the motto...PER ARDVA AD ASTRA which means...Through Struggles to the Stars. Spoon measures 4 1/2 inches long and is in excellent condition.

This original circa late 1880's medal is from the Woman's Relief Corps, a post Civil War group who worked through local chapters to relieve the sufferings of disabled veterans, war widows, and orphans. This lot of 3 original WW II pins have the insignia of the U.S. Army Transportation Corps. It's a wheel with wings. These are made of brass...2 are still shiny like they weren't used. These have the tac-on backs. They measure about 1 inch across. All in excellent condition.
