NOT A REPRINT...this early Wehman Bros. book is from 1908...the NEW BOOK OF ETIQUETTE AND POLITENESS. It's 136 pages of all the 'dos' and 'don'ts' for the proper gentleman and lady of the Victorian era. Book covers subjects like general etiquette, table arrangement, how to avoid marital misery, salutations and introductions, invitations to balls, dinners, parties, etc., dressing, conversing, writing letters, table and street manners...looks like they cover everything but cleaning the kitchen sink but that's probably covered in there too. Book measures 4 3/4 by 7 1/4 inches. Pages are age-yellowed but book is unused and in near-mint condition. We thank you for stopping by and have a lovely day (we learned this from the etiquette book).
