Art Deco 1930's Glass ~ AB ~ Brass Collar Bib Necklace

Old and original, this spectacular Art Deco necklace is from the 1930's. The collar or bib style necklace is made of teal blue glass beads 'dripping' with stamped brass dangles from which hang poured glass multi-colored disks. Every other disk is topped with a facet-cut aurora borealis crystal. The sum of the parts is truly beautiful! (This necklace has the look of the Egyptian Revival influence of the 1920's and 1930's, in part made popular by the film Cleopatra in 1934.) The necklace measures to 15 1/2 inches around but can be clasped a little closer to the neck too. Dangles hang 2 inches from the necklace. There's no marking but this unique piece is most likely from Czechoslovakia, France or Austria. It's in excellent condition.
