This original 1937 complete set of 12 cards show scenes from...'the new Universal's whirlwind chapter-play...WILD WEST DAYS'...starring Johnny John Mack Brown and Chief Thunderbird. The film was a 13-chapter serial full of action, gunfights, Indian raids and daring escapes as Brown played a wandering hero who helps a young couple defend their mine claim from an unscrupulous newspaper publisher. Cards measure 3 1/4 by 2 1/2 inches and have a scene description on the back. Original glassene envelope. Card set is in unused, near-mint condition. Old and original set.
