It's Sir Paul McCartney when he was just known as 'the cute Beatle'...on this original 1964 flicker ring. This was one of the first novelty rings sold when the Beatles came to America. Made of bright green plastic with the red flicker photo of Paul that switches to 'I'M PAUL - BEATLES'. Top of ring measures 1/2 by 3/4 inch. These were made by the Vari-Vue company...they went out of business circa 1980. Ring has a smallish opening...more for display than to wear. It's in excellent condition.
