to purchase, any questions prior, during, or notification of sales or returns. If calling unexpectedly and
no answer leave msg.& we'll get back as soon as possible.
We appreciate notification of satisfaction and of delivery. We can then provide better service to
our customers.
SALES POLICY:
We apply a $2.00 handeling fee to defray costs of pkg.
If item requires special pkg. We will need to agree on
a fair handeling fee. Please contact us for more info.
We try to describe or represent items as well as possible. No error is deliberate so please
work with us & we'll work with you. Remember these are vintage, antique or used items and
unless described as mint, will have the usual signs of
wear ( age appropriate, etc. ) Items have no guarantees or warranties unless stated otherwise.
We try to use pictures & will send more if requested,
that best represent item. That is why communication ( email, phone ) is so important.
RETURN POLICY:
We will refund your money on any item that was misrepresented by my
description . Satisfaction is a priority. Notification of returns must be made 2 days
after receiving merchandise. All merchandise must be returned to me within 7 days of notification.
Shipping and insurance are non refundable. Items must be well packed, insured, and received in
same condition as sent.
