Hand-Blown Glass Cornucopia

Swirls of dark brown, white and clear glass were blown to form a footed cornucopia with a square-shaped mouth.
It measures 10 1/4" long x 9" wide x 4 3/4" high.
This piece is very heavy and weighs 3 1/2 pounds.

This first edition of 'Father Flanagan of Boys Town' by Fulton and Will Oursler was published in 1949 by Doubleday. Gray-green cloth binding is in very good condition with pages a little yellowed with age but no marks or tears. The book has black and white photos and a map of Boys Town printed on inside covers. Dust jack is chipped around edges but in good condition.

This vintage 'dressy' dress would look great on the dance floor or at any formal occasion. Made from lightweight lace and nylon with 16 triangular insets around skirt, it floats around you as you move. Lace is a green-gold color with aqua green inserts and trim. Long sleeves, round neckline, 6 covered button back closure, one covered button closure at wrists, sequin detail on sleeves and front bodice. It has a matching slip.

Five-piece black enamel storage set has two covered rectangular dishes each measuring 7"L x 5"W x 4 1/4"H including lid. One has chipped corner. Both show wear on bottoms and have small chips around top rim where lid rests. Flower Fables is one of the lesser known books of Louisa May Alcott. This one is 6 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3/4" in green cloth binding with a color picture applied to front and published by H. M. Silver plate 'Sheraton' pattern Cocktail - Seafood Fork made by Community / Oneida is about 6 1/2 inches long. This pattern was first made in 1910. Head of fork has a spot on front side where plating is off and quite a bit of wear on back.
