This vintage 'dressy' dress would look great on the dance floor or at any formal occasion. Made from lightweight lace and nylon with 16 triangular insets around skirt, it floats around you as you move. Lace is a green-gold color with aqua green inserts and trim. Long sleeves, round neckline, 6 covered button back closure, one covered button closure at wrists, sequin detail on sleeves and front bodice. It has a matching slip.
The label says its a size 16 but it might run a little smaller...

Hand-Blown Glass Cornucopia

Swirls of dark brown, white and clear glass were blown to form a footed cornucopia with a square-shaped mouth.
It measures 10 1/4" long x 9" wide x 4 3/4" high.
This piece is very heavy and weighs 3 1/2 pounds.

White (milk) glass lamp shades are decorated with red and gold hand painted roses and green leaves. Top of shade is ruffled. Overall measurements: 5 3/4" high and 7 3/4 across, (7" fitter). One picture shows shade sitting on the chimney of an oil lamp (without fitter or tripod) to give an idea of how it looks.
Shades are in very good condition. Bottom edge is rough where is was cut from mold.

'Jimmy Juniors' red dress has a full circle skirt with lace curly-cues, fitted heart-shaped yoke at midriff, grosgrain ribbon bows pinned at neckline, short sleeves are gathered down center, seven covered buttons on front, 4 snap closure at waist on left side and single snap at back neck. It comes with 'homemade' slip. Slip is a slightly different color than dress.
Dress does not have a size label...

Handmade tatting is used to decorate this set of three tea towels. Two are matching 18" x 11 1/2" Cannon towels and tatted flower motifs were appliqued to towel. The third is a handmade towel measuring 19 1/2" x 14" with a strip of tatting sewn to the hem and crewel-type embroidery of two flowers just above.
All have been laundered, line dried, dampened and ironed and will arrive folded in thirds widthwise and in half lengthwise...

Set of three peach-colored tea towels each measure 18 1/2" x 13" and are hand embroidered in red, blue, yellow and green. In very good condition but one has a small yellowish spot near the hem.

These tea towels are truly amazing examples several forms of handiwork - hand applique, drawn threadwork and fine embroidery.
Everything is done by hand except three side are hemmed by machine using very fine stitches. The fourth side was hemmed by hand using a tiny blanket stitch to bind the appliqued colored material to the background.

This blue tea towel is a wonderful example of fine handwork. It is scalloped and finished by hand with a fine blanket stitch on both ends with machine-stitched hem on sides. Detailed cutwork of a flower and leaves, and fine embroidery on one end. Could also be used as a dresser scarf.

Very nice set of four off-white linen look placemats and napkins with with light sage/celery machine stitched edges. Placemats measure 17" x 11 1/2" and have two rows of machine chain stitch in metallic thread. Napkins are 11 1/4" square.
Set is in very good condition with no stains. The only mark is a faint '2.00' on one placemat hand written in off-white.

White beaded handbag made by Corde Bead is about 9" x 8" with 13" long handle. On one side of top the metal is gold-colored and higher than the other side which is painted white so when closed gold side shows in front. Triangular-shaped tab decoration on front. Inside is clean but appears to have been washed because label is faded.
