Meta Given's Modern Encyclopedia of Cooking Vol. Two

Meta Given's Modern Encyclopedia of Cooking was first published in 1947. This 'new revised edition' was published after February of 1957.
This is volume two, pages 737 to 1501. Inside cover paper has colored photos of food. There are about six color photo throughout book and many black and white pictures. The binding is rubbed around the spine and edges and has a tear on front bottom - see photo. Pages are in very good condition with no writing or tears, only age-yellowing around edges. I found only one spot - see enlargement 4.
