Simplicity Teens' One-Piece Dress & Jacket 1960's

Simplicity printed pattern # 4698, Teen and Juniors' size 14, bust 34. Back of envelope reads:"Teens' and juniors' one-piece dress with two skirts and jacket. Dress had lowered neckline, short kimono sleeves, back zipper closing and self or purchased belt. View 1 has slim skirt with gathers and soft pleats at front waistline and back kick pleat. View 2 shirt has inverted pleats. Lined jacket has kimono sleeves and front button closing."
Used pattern in good condition, slightly yellowed from age and envelope has a tear down side.
