1940's Simplicity Maternity Dress, Jumper Pattern sz 12

Simplicity printed pattern # 2459, size 12, bust 30. Back of envelope reads:"Maternity dress, jumper and blouse. The square-necked bodice has soft pleats at the back waistline and front-button closing extends into the gathered skirt releasing a pleat. The dress or jumper is adjusted with snaps at the front waistline and finished with a tie or purchased belt. Style 1 has cap sleeves and rick rack trimming. In style 2 the front-buttoning blouse has a wing collar and long sleeves gathered to a wide wristband. Adjustable snaps are featured at the front waistline."
Used pattern in good condition. Envelope is a little tattered around edges.
