1968 Simplicity Pattern Dress, Puff Sleeves Size 10

Simplicity printed pattern # 7631, Miss size 10, bust 32 1/2. Back of envelope reads: "This design has the new narrow shoulder and 'close-to-the-body fit.' Juniors' and misses' dress in two lengths. Transfer for smocking included. The A-line dress with bias bound, lowered, round neckline is lined and has set-in sleeves and back zipper. Views 1 & 2 have short unlined bias bound puff sleeves. View 3 has long unlined sleeves with smocking, forming self ruffle at wrists. Regular-length view 1 has button trim. Above knee-length views 2 & 3 have ribbon belt worn above normal waistline (empire waist)."
Used pattern in good condition. Envelope is a little tattered and is taped at one side.
